Airports in Perth
Perth Airport serves passengers travelling to and from this region. It also handles flights arriving to and departing from many Australasian and Indian Ocean destinations. This airport is the fourth busiest in the nation and has been witnessing strong passenger growth of late. The two domestic terminals are located close to one another, while the international and domestic terminals are located far apart. The distance between both terminals is approximately 11 km however a road does connect them.
The airport is approximately 17 km away from Perth CBD.
The states public transport system known as Transperth offers bus services from all terminals to many places in the city. There are also private bus operators that serve passengers at the airport. Those who'd like to rent a car can use the Great Eastern Highway for travel to and from the airport to the CBD.
