The main airport that serves tourists to this region is the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. This international airport has 2 passenger terminals. Together they can handle nearly 13 million passengers per year. Terminal 1 handles all domestic flights plus flights to both Schengen and Non-Schengen destinations. The airport is also equipped with a business centre and a conference room that can accommodate up to 250 people. This airport in Nice is the 3rd busiest in the nation. It also serves as the primary airport for the Principality of Monaco. There are helicopter services from the airport to the Monaco city-state.
