The airfare is just a headline. Then they charge for taxes, seat allocation (I would have thought that if you bought two tickets it is reasonable to expect to be seated together rather than incur an extra cost), checked baggage is extra, small baggage allowance of 20 kg means long distance travellers will have to buy extra allowance, print out boarding passes before arrival at the airport or another substantial charge, food and drinks extra. No seat pocket for storage no in flight entertainment. Be prepared! But they offered the shortest travel time and overall were the cheapest. They got us there but with some irritations.
